We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Accounting Department in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports

Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry tasks

Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable/receivable

Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes

Prepare financial reports and assist with audits as needed

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Provide administrative support to the accounting team

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome to apply)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
