What You'll Do
  • Assist customers via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide clear information and solutions to inquiries
  • Handle account concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Contribute to a positive and service-oriented team environment
Qualifications
  • HS/SHS graduate, college level, or college graduate
  • Open to freshers — no prior BPO experience required
  • Good English communication skills
  • Must demonstrate basic conversational English communication proficiency
  • Able to multitask and navigate computer applications
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on shifting schedules
  • Must be available to work rotating shifts as required
