About the Job

We're seeking a results-driven for Virtual Assistant – Bookkeeping that will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting administrative tasks related to property or project operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has prior experience working in the Real estate or Construction industry.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

· Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking

· Record and reconcile property or project-related income and expenses

· Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

· Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms

· Assist in processing invoices, payments, and vendor management

· Support budgeting and project cost monitoring for construction or property portfolios

· Coordinate with management for reporting, audits, and compliance documentation

· Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, email management, and file organization

· Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed

Our Minimum Requirements

· Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Bookkeeper, preferably in the Real Estate or Construction sector

· Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar

· Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup

· Preferred) Familiarity with U.S. or international bookkeeping standards
