Position: AU Lead Estimator | Structural & Civil Engineer

Location: Central Luzon

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As an AU Lead Estimator, you are responsible for:

  • Organize Tender Documentation, upload drawing and set up project to the system.
  • Understanding and reading Architectural Drawings & Structural Drawings.
  • Check Specification and familiarized with Australian Standards
  • Review and conduct "take offs" plans using cloud base softwares and enter data into management software.
  • Create BOQ and Tender Summary Report
  • Organize client submissions and follow up on client.
  • Issue of tender documentation.
  • Contact preferred suppliers for supply rates when needed.
  • Required to Research materials, equipment and labour costs
  • Required to Gather quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying or related
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven work experience as an Estimator for an Australian based client/company
  • Experience in-ground services estimating
  • Experience in Bulk & Detail excavations estimating
  • Experience in structural/civil components such as Formwork, Reinforcement, Concrete estimating
  • Writing conforming project bids/quotes/proposals
  • Experience Procore Construction Management and Kubla Software is a plus
