About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Prior Authorization - Customer Service Representative to join our team at access healthcare in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming calls from clients and patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist clients with the prior authorization process, including collecting necessary documentation and information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex information to customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and the prior authorization process is highly desirable
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
