Job Summary:

We are hiring highly skilled Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) for our Healthcare Voice Account. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with strong clinical bedside experience who are looking to transition into the healthcare BPO industry.

You will be part of a team that supports patients, providers, and insurance partners by delivering accurate, compassionate, and timely assistance in a voice-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient care, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and medical records requests
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to review medical histories, medications, treatment plans, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Utilize clinical knowledge to triage calls and provide appropriate recommendations or escalation
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, accuracy, and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license – PRC Certified
  • Minimum 2 years of solid bedside clinical experience in a hospital setting (Required)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
  • Willing to work onsite for the first 3 months (Training & Immersion Period)
  • Must be open to rotational onsite setup starting on the 4th month
  • The work-from-home (WFH) option may be granted based on individual performance and business need

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php37,000.00 per month
