Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient staffing, accurate inventory, and compliance with GMP and FEFO. Manages deliveries, supports inventory counts, and resolves client and shipment issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Educatonal Attainment:

· College graduate

Experience :

· At least 2 years experience in Dry Storage/ Warehouse operations under the same capacity.

Skills:

· Computer literate

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to drive a Forklift equipments with training in FL Safety driving

· At least 2 years experience in Dry Storage/Warehouse operations under the same capacity.

KEY TASKS :

· Monitor manpower requirement for the daily operations.

· Train/guide new staff on Warehouse Procedures

· Ensure GMP is implemented well in whole warehouse.

· Ensure all issuances are based on FEFO procedures.

· Ensure all incoming and outgoing deliveries are properly documented and accurate.

· Closely work with inventory management team on the completion and closure of physical count, inventory reconciliation within the agreed timeline, maintain sign off documents and report to immediate Superior.

· Participate on investigation and resolves cases of short/damage/over items in receiving / releasing of stocks.

· Ensure all incoming container vans / truck deliveries are unloaded in a timely manner.

· Ensure all outgoing container vans / truck are loaded in a timely manner.

· Participate in the monthly inventory count for all Clients

· Provide daily warehouse utilization

· Provide assistance essential to attend to Client concerns/issues and promote interactions.

· Verify accuracy of information on outgoing and incoming advise, and pro actively coordinate with Client for any clarification to ensure meeting their requirements.

· Keep self updated on the internal policies, procedures and safety practices and other quality related programs and systems implementations.

· Back up to co inventory checker when necessary

· Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Superior
