Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a Data Center Operations team responsible for maintaining and operating large-scale server hardware and supporting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with regional teams across network operations, project management, facilities, logistics, tooling, and supply chain to ensure continuous data center uptime that supports business growth.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and technicians to run day-to-day operations independently with minimal supervision.
  • Build, guide, and grow a diverse, world-class team by strengthening both technical expertise and leadership skills.
  • Partner with other Operations Managers across sites to standardize and optimize processes, enabling scalable and consistent operations for company.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, accountability, and safety, while contributing to the development of practices, processes, and automated tools that support ongoing growth.
  • Develop and maintain regional knowledge base documentation, implement process improvements, and promote best practices in data center operations.
  • Manage and execute mid-scale projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with staff and vendors, as well as performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, aligning priorities with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical teams as a people manager.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Data Center environment.
  • 2+ years of leadership or personnel management experience.
  • Strong track record of managing vendors, ensuring timely project delivery, and reporting progress against KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical plant systems.
