Site Selection Manager – Chain Restaurant Expansion

Nan Tian Group Ltd. Inc., home to leading restaurant brands, is seeking a Site Selection Manager to spearhead our rapid expansion. This role is perfect for a dynamic professional who thrives on data-driven decision-making, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to secure the best locations for our growing portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Analysis: Study demographics, foot traffic, consumer spending, and trade areas; analyze competitors.
  • Site Selection & Evaluation: Identify and assess new locations; conduct traffic counts, tenant mix, and rental/property assessments; prepare detailed feasibility studies.
  • Business Negotiation & Execution: Negotiate lease terms with landlords, developers, and mall operators; align with legal and finance to finalize agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, marketing, and construction teams to ensure smooth store openings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in site selection, retail expansion, or F&B development
  • Strong knowledge of Metro Manila trade areas, malls, and high-traffic locations
  • Deep understanding of F&B industry dynamics, consumer behaviour patterns, and restaurant site requirements
  • Existing network/contacts with mall operators, developers, or landlords
  • Proficiency in both English and Tagalog for effective negotiations and reporting
  • Proven experience handling lease negotiations and feasibility studies for multi-branch expansion
  • Understanding of commercial property valuation, lease structures, and zoning regulations in the Philippines
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Metro Manila and key Philippine cities for site assessments
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, GIS mapping software, and market research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor)
