About the role

As a Senior Architect with JRBUILDERS COMPANY INC.', you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and architecture of our high-profile projects in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on innovative and complex designs, collaborating with a talented team of professionals to bring our clients' visions to life.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the conceptual and detailed design of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Oversee the production of design drawings, specifications and other technical documentation
  • Ensure all work is compliant with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
  • Contribute to the development of the company's design processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience as an architect, preferably in a commercial or residential design environment
  • Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven track record in leading the design of complex, large-scale projects
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and sustainability principles
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
