As a Unit Manageryou will be tasked to steer the team's sales performance to align with the company's sales goals. - Minimum Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of proven and successful experience as a Property Specialist or in a similar direct real estate sales role.
- Must have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or on-the-job training capacity is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is an advantage).
- Must hold a valid PRC Real Estate Broker (REB) license.
- Must be accredited by the DHSUD.
