Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed and proactive Company Nurse with OHNAP certification to promote employee health and well-being in a corporate setting. The role involves providing first aid treatment, coordinating with external healthcare providers, supporting HMO and health programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate medical assistance and basic first aid to employees during clinic hours
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety and supplies of the clinic area
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all consultations and treatments
  • Verify and check medical recommendations as indicated on the employees medical certificates
  • Provide basic healthcare needs to employees, which includes dispensing over-the- counter medicines, administering first aid when needed, and evaluating employees overall health.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of employees with health concerns (e.g. Hypertension, diabetes, work-related stress)
  • Submit mandatory DOLE reports (e.g. Annual Medical Report, Work Accident Report)
  • Provide complete job safety instructions and proper orientation to all workers, in coordination with the rest of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Department.
  • Ensures companys compliance to OSH standards, DOLE, and BWC standards, BFP and other government health and safety regulations, where applicable
  • Assist compensation & benefits department in collecting SSS Benefit Claim both maternity, sickness and EC.
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned within the role capability.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with an active PRC License
  • OHNAP Certificate is required
  • Basic Occupation Safety & Health (BOSH) is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or corporate setting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a calm and caring demeanor
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
