Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and related software.
  • Interpret and review technical sketches, blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback, modifications, and design changes.
  • Maintain organized drawing files, both in digital and physical formats, for easy retrieval.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, estimates, and material specifications when required.
  • Perform site visits, measurements, and inspections to gather information for drafting work.
  • Support the project team in preparing presentations, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Stay updated with the latest drafting techniques, software tools, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Draftsman / AutoCAD Operator in construction, engineering, or related industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D); knowledge of other design software (SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of construction and engineering drawings, symbols, and standards.
  • Good mathematical and technical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to visit sites when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
