Top Manning Services Corporation are looking for IT SUPPORT TECHINICIAN STAFF that will be deployed at Reach Building Pasay CIty.

  • We are looking for someone who can support our restaurant branches with POS and network issues.

-Your job is to make sure every store can operate smoothly even when technical problems happen.·

Problem solving: The ability to analyze issues and find solutions is critical for all IT roles

POS software proficiency:·

-Experience with the specific POS system being used, including transaction processing and sales reporting·

-Maintaining and supporting all POS-related IT equipment, including servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, databases, and printers.·

-Troubleshooting POS software.· Analyzing user requirements as well as software performance·

-Installing updates·

-Supporting and solving system issues or failures· Working with IT and technical teams to develop and modify systems to meet current and future needs

-Hardware and software testing and diagnostics·

  • Networking: Knowledge of network configuration and protocols is a foundational skill·

  • Time management the skill to multitask, manage a workload efficiently, and stay organized in a busy environment·

  • Software and upgrade installation·

-Troubleshooting software and technical equipment·

Troubleshooting network connection errors and network equipment·

  • System and network installation, repair, and maintenance·

-Ability to propose solutions or evaluate solutions·

  • Working knowledge of relevant compliance checklists
