Open Position: Junior Technician

Job Description:

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and infrastructure, as well as servicing company-owned equipment deployed to client sites. The role ensures the safety, functionality, and operational readiness of both facility assets and field-deployed equipment.

Educational Background:

  • High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate

Job Requirements:

  • TESDA NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or other relevant field is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance areas.

Work Experience:

  • Preferably with at least six (6) months experience in facility maintenance and/or field servicing of technical equipment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,700.00 per month
