Overview

The Multimedia Designer translates Lhoopa's brand strategy into visually compelling, high-quality designs across digital and print platforms. This role balances creativity, technical skill, and adaptability to ensure every output—whether a social post, presentation, or campaign—strengthens our brand story and resonates with its intended audience.

The designer reports to the Communications Department and works closely with Sales and Marketing as a shared creative resource. You'll help elevate the brand through clear, engaging, and consistent visuals that connect strategy to execution.

Our brand is growing, so you'll also have the chance to give input on how to expand our visual identity to adapt to different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Execution

  • Produce digital and print assets including social media content, ad creatives, video storyboards, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines while remaining fresh, engaging, and relevant.
  • Apply strong layout, typography, and color principles to communicate clearly across diverse formats.
  • Manage design files, templates, and version control with precision.

Creative Development

  • Collaborate with Communications and project teams to translate ideas into strong visual executions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input on campaigns, activations, and evolving brand identity.
  • Stay updated on design trends and recommend applications that enhance brand relevance and appeal.

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Work proactively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver on time.
  • Receive and integrate feedback constructively while maintaining design integrity.
  • Support the build-out of design systems and templates that improve efficiency across teams.

Process & Documentation

  • Develop asset factory (including sales templates, presentation decks, internal communications assets) and organize asset libraries for easy reference and use of execution teams
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation for easy access and reuse.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse, audience-focused design work across digital and print media.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or other relevant tools.
  • Creative Adaptability: A keen eye for design trends and an ability to tailor design style and tone across multiple audiences and formats.
  • Strategic Thinking: Understands how design serves business and brand goals, not just aesthetics
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous execution and consistency across all outputs
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar) to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
