About the Company

Armada Brands builds direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands for the Philippines. Our goal is to create the most popular consumer brands of tomorrow. We focus on the categories i) bags & travel and ii) food supplements. We develop new products addressing underserved consumer demands and launch them under new, proprietary brands. We follow a digital-first and DTC-centric approach with an omni-channel trajectory.

We are a start-up company that raised funding from investors including reputable venture capital firms as well as business angels from the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We currently run a portfolio of two brands and are building multiple new brands for launch in the coming months. We are a group of ecommerce enthusiasts with a lot of excitement for DTC, digital marketing, and consumer brands.

We are looking for a
Multimedia Designer
to join us and drive up the performance of our paid social

media ads and storefronts on Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc. The ideal candidate will share our

excitement for D2C and have a strong sense for good graphic design and well-performing ads.

Role

  • Create compelling static and video assets for paid ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), focusing on high-performance content optimized for e-commerce
  • Develop engaging storefront and product listing visuals for platforms like Shopify, Lazada, and Shopee
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure alignment between creative outputs and commercial strategies
  • Apply e-commerce best practices, including effective use of call-to-action buttons, product highlights, sale layouts, and more to drive customer engagement and conversions

Background

  • Experience (1 year) in creating multimedia designs and content
  • Experience in ecommerce is a plus
  • Talent for graphic design
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
