Job Description

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports the company's branding, marketing, and promotional activities within the food industry. This role involves producing digital and print materials that highlight food products, restaurant concepts, and promotional campaigns. The designer will collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to deliver high-quality visuals that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials such as menus, posters, banners, social media graphics, and digital ads.
  • Produce multimedia content including photos, videos, animations, and short-form content for marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Edit and retouch product and food photos to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Create layouts and templates for promotional materials and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist in developing visual content for website updates and digital platforms.
  • Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and meet project deadlines.
  • Manage and organize multimedia files for easy access and reference.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new food promotions and creative strategies.
  • Support event coverage through photography and videography when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • With 1–3 years experience as a Multimedia Designer, preferably in the food & beverage industry or consumer brands.
  • Experience in photography and videography is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in design and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand identity.
  • Knowledge of food styling and product presentation is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
