Part/Full-Time Accountant
Location: Remote
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Department: Finance & Human Resources
Reports To: Finance Director
Rejuv Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part/Full-Time Accountant to support key accounting and payroll functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate financial operations and compliance while contributing to the overall efficiency of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, receipts, and credit card transactions. Maintain accurate expense allocations and ensure timely payments.

• Bank Reconciliation & Journal Entries: Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements; prepare journal entries and intercompany transactions.

• Month-End Close: Handle end-of-month procedures, including divisional reporting and indirect/direct expense allocations.

• Vendor & Contractor Management: Maintain W-9s, insurance certificates, 1099 filings, and set up contractors in UKG for time entries with payment out of Wise.

• Cash Management: Contribute to cash and revenue forecasting, prepare daily cash reports, and manage payables.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements; contribute to audit readiness and process improvements.

• Tax Support: Assist with tax calculations and filings including MN sales/use tax, MN provider tax, and other routine obligations.

• Payroll Support: Collaborate with HR to run payroll in UKG, audit deductions, support benefit reporting and annual open enrollment.

• Communication & Vendor Relations: Liaise with third-party vendors and financial institutions to resolve issues.

• Compliance & Policy Development: Support financial policies, month-end processes, and provider dashboards.

• Other Duties: Respond to accounting inbox inquiries and complete ad hoc reports or special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Solid understanding of accounting workflows (A/P, A/R, GL, payroll, etc.).

• Proficiency with NetSuite (preferred) and payroll systems
o UKG and Quickbooks Online experience is a plus.

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.

• Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus.
