We're hiring a full-time Ads Manager to join our high-performance marketing team. This role involves end-to-end campaign management across some of the most challenging and high-ROI verticals online.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Launch: Execute campaign builds across Meta, TikTok, Taboola, and other platforms. You'll set targeting, upload creatives, and ensure proper tracking is in place.

• Ongoing Optimization: Daily monitoring and performance tuning to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), reduce CPA, and maintain ad account health.

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain internal sheets and reporting dashboards. Submit weekly performance reports with insights, next steps, and targets.

• Task & Time Management: Use Asana to stay on top of deadlines, track progress, and update stakeholders regularly.

• Client & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with clients, creative vendors, and account suppliers via Telegram, Slack, or WhatsApp. Ensure updates are acknowledged and implemented swiftly.

• Responsiveness: Acknowledge and act on tasks and messages promptly during working hours.

• Issue Escalation: Flag delays, ad rejections, or campaign blockers early to leadership with potential solutions.

• Consistent Attention to Detail: Campaigns run 24/7 — a quick response mindset and proactive follow-through are key.

???? Preferred Experience

• 1 years running ads in restricted niches such as crypto, gambling, cannabis, forex, or similar.

• Familiarity with cloaking, tracking setups (CAPI, S2S), or alternate ad account vendors is a plus.

• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and native platforms like Taboola.
