Part-Time Outreach & Client Relations Specialist
Remote | PST Hours | 20–30 Hours/Week

About the Role:
We're looking for a highly communicative, self-motivated individual to help us grow our business through strategic outreach, system development, and relationship-building. You'll be the front line of contact for new opportunities and a key contributor in setting up and managing the tools that support our outreach efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

Researching and identifying contacts through public database subscriptions

Reaching out to prequalified leads via phone and email to establish rapport

Setting appointments and managing follow-ups

Handling inbound calls and returning voicemails

Setting up and implementing email campaigns and call scheduling systems using CRM software such as Zoho

Commissioning new CRM workflows and ensuring consistent execution

Learning and using data provider portals and APIs to gather and qualify leads

Collaborating with our internal team and external platforms to develop and improve lead generation processes

Supporting online marketing efforts (a plus, but not required)

This is not a call center role. You'll be helping us build long-term relationships through personalized outreach and carefully timed campaigns designed to create genuine connection and trust.

Schedule:

Must be available to work 4–6 hours/day during PST business hours (e.g. 10am–2pm or 9am–3pm)

20–30 hours per week to start, with the potential to expand

About You:

You have exceptional verbal communication skills—please include a short intro video to introduce yourself and show off your phone presence

You're focused, reliable, and thrive in a results-driven environment

You're comfortable with CRMs and tools like Zoho, and you enjoy setting up systems and automating processes

You're resourceful and enjoy learning new software, systems, and tools

You're not juggling other jobs during the same hours—we need your full attention while you're on the clock

Bonus points if you have experience with online marketing or advertising
