General Administrator
We are looking for an experienced General Administrator with at least 3 years of proven experience in providing remote administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable, with strong communication skills and the confidence to keep clients well-informed. This role requires excellent time management and accountability, as tasks like timesheet processing are critical. The successful candidate will take ownership of their responsibilities, ensure work is completed accurately and on time, and maintain professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative, coordination, or virtual assistant role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and confident style.
- Ability to communicate proactively — keeping clients updated, flagging potential issues early, and not waiting until problems escalate.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage dispatch, scheduling, and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated initiative and reliability, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Openness to constructive feedback and coaching, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR/payroll processes (timesheets, worker onboarding).
- Experience supporting dispatch or scheduling in blue-collar/field-based industries.
- Prior use of productivity and communication tools such as Trello, Asana, Slack, Zoom, or CRMs like Salesforce.
- Exposure to client care functions (handling inquiries, order tracking, or onboarding).
- Experience supporting international clients across different time zones.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
