Job Title: Payroll Assistant

Reports To: Payroll Officer

Job Summary:

The Payroll Assistant is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of attendance and payroll-related data for store and head office employees. This includes printing and verifying Daily Time Records (DTR), maintaining an updated timekeeping system, and addressing payroll inquiries from store and office personnel. The role supports smooth payroll operations across multiple retail branches by ensuring all timekeeping information is complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Print and compile Daily Time Records (DTR) of store and head office employees.

· Maintain and update the company's timekeeping system to ensure accurate recording of employee attendance across all retail branches.

· Check and validate DTRs for completeness, correctness, and proper endorsement by Department Heads.

· Monitor and verify attendance issues such as no time-in/no time-out, overtime, undertime, and absences.

· Handle and respond promptly to employee concerns and inquiries lodged through the payroll ticketing system, including issues on attendance, leave, and payroll discrepancies.

· Coordinate with Department Heads for timekeeping corrections and endorsements.

· Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, summaries, and adjustments for payroll processing.

· Support the payroll and HR team in implementing timekeeping guidelines and ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee records.

**Will be based in our BGC Taguig Head Office

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
