Job Overview

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team on a project-based engagement, with the strong possibility of transitioning to a long-term role based on performance and business needs. The Functional Consultant will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, define requirements, and ensure successful solution implementation. This role serves as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
  • Work with technical teams to design, configure, and implement solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support during testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.

    Prepare documentation, reports, and training materials as needed.
  • Support users post-implementation by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Ensure solutions comply with company policies, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
