Production Equipment Engineer

Cabuyao, Calabarzon, Philippines Concepcion Durables Inc (CONDURA) Full time ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per year
  • Responsible for achieving overall equipment efficiency and reliability by implementing effective maintenance programs aligned with Company's policies and standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs for assigned production equipment to ensure maximum machine uptime.
  • Conduct investigation and root cause analysis of production issues involving equipment; participate in cross-functional teams for problem resolution and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain equipment and production areas in base conditions through TPM, 5S, and other improvement practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key process OEE and other relevant KPIs for assigned areas.
  • Prepare and submit KPI reports with data analysis.
  • Manage assigned third-party maintenance teams to ensure KPIs and objectives are achieved.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communications, Automation, Robotics, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical/P&ID diagrams and mechanical drawings
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems
  • Proficient in SAP S4H and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
