Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

  • With at least one (1) year of experience in planning environment, particularly Production Planning in a manufacturing set-up.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and inventory movement.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and can work well with others as a team player.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Work with least supervision.

Job Description:

  • Analyze and determine production requirements based on Sales forecasts and customer orders.

  • Create and maintain production and delivery schedule, taking into account both customer commitments and manufacturing capabilities.

  • Collaborate with various groups, including Sales, PMG, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Warehouse to ensure projects are on schedule.

  • Monitor and adjust schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

  • Promptly identify any potential delays, production issues, or problems in the production process and devise ways to overcome them.

  • Participate in production planning meetings to provide updates and discuss issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of production data, including volume, types, and quality of products. Prepare production reports and keep management informed about production status.

  • Oversee inventory management and place orders as needed.

  • Evaluate production performance and recommend improvements to production processes and systems.

  • Assist with troubleshooting production issues, including scheduling and logistical challenges.
