Executive

Major Function

He is responsible for the coordination with the Load Planner for the dispatching of customer goods.

He shall also be responsible in monitoring safety and behaviour subcon truckers inside the client

warehouse, and giving instruction and directions for Authority to Withdraw. He shall be responsible in

monitoring the stocks or pallet to be loaded on FSC subcon trucks. He shall be in constant

coordination with the Central Dispatch Site.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the Load Planner for delivery.

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidence of failure to coordinate with the Load Planner for the dispatch

requirements, which indicates truck requirements, number of trucks needed and number

of manos/helpers.

1. Ensures pallet and stocks monitoring while loading to trucks by the trucking subcontractors

before and during dispatch activity.

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidence of failure to check damage stocks before loading to trucks.

 Zero incidence of failure to check the discrepancy of number of stocks/pallets to be

loaded inside the truck.

 Zero incidence of failure to monitor the pallets from Warehouse to Customer and number

of pallets returned by trucking subcontractors.

 Zero incidence of failure to verify the Invoices and Good Receipt Stocks.

1. Monitor all Trucks inside Warehouse/ DC Site (both inbound and outbound).

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidences of not coordinating Warehouse/DC requirements to Central Dispatch

Coordinator in order to provide the required trucks for delivery.

 Zero incidence of failure to identify the incoming number of trucks and its details (plate

no., name of driver, subcon name, etc.) to ensure safe and secure operations.

 Zero incidence of failure to assist trucking subcontractors in giving directives or

instructions in withdrawing container or goods and while handling goods in site.

 Zero incidence of failure to disseminate special instruction if any to subcon truckers on site.

1. Monitors all subcontractor Drivers and Helpers.

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidence of overseeing subcon truckers activity on warehouse.

 Zero failure to coordinate delivery inefficiencies encountered to Central Dispatch Office.

 Zero incidence of overseeing subcon truckers activity on warehouse.

 Zero failure to coordinate delivery inefficiencies encountered to Central Dispatch Office.

1. Prepare Transmittal of Documents, Invoices, Customer Delivery Note and Waybills.

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidence of delayed and incomplete transmittal of important Accounting, HR, Purchasing, Warehouse and Transport documents.

 Zero incidence of untimely collection of trucking subcontractor billing statements from subcontractor offices.

1. Monitoring and Coordinating of in transit Trucks documents for billing from trucker documents from billing to supplying lines updating truck requirement and dispatch schedule of deliveries.

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidences of not coordinating Warehouse/DC requirements to Central Dispatch Coordinator in order to provide the required trucks for delivery.

 Zero incidence of failure to identify the incoming number of trucks and its details (plate no., name of driver, subcon name, etc.) to ensure safe and secure operations.

 Zero incidence of failure or late recording each trucking dispatch on logbook.

1. Prepares and issues Authority to Withdraw documents to trucking subcontractors during their inbound and outbound delivery transactions.

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidences of not preparing and issuing thee required document to accomplish inbound or outbound delivery transactions.

1. Assist trucking subcontractors in withdrawing the assigned container for outbound delivery and goods from warehouse.

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidence of failure to assist trucking subcontractors in giving directives or instructions in withdrawing container or goods and while handling goods in site.

 Zero failure of failure to disseminate special instruction if any to subcon truckers on site.

1. Relay warehouse issues and concerns to Central Dispatch Supervisor.

Performance Standard/s:

 Zero incidence of direct customer complaint to Central Dispatch Site.

 Zero incidence of failure to coordinate the number of violations and subcon truckers who commit the violations to the Central Dispatch Supervisor.

1. Punctual and complete attendance on all company-required meetings, trainings and seminars involving warehouse improvement projects.

Performance Standard/s:

 100% attendance on all general meetings held once a month.

 Zero incidence of failure to represent Fast Services Corporation on any business gatherings/occasion sponsored by the clients and/or principal related to business growth and or improvements.

 Zero incidence of failure to give orientation and trainings to all personnel under his/her jurisdiction regarding existing company's goal, targets, procedures and house rules.

1. Embracing FIT Program participation.

Performance Standard/s:

 Attend/cooperation to skip meetings monthly.
