Customer Service Support
Acknowledge and respond to Customer Purchase Orders (CPOs) via email.
- Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide timely feedback to internal customers regarding the status of their requests.
Delivery and Dispatch Coordination
Prepare schedules for product deliveries in coordination with logistics and operations teams.
- Monitor and document all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Dispatch personnel for deliveries and other SCM-related tasks.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare and process invoices and QCSI-related delivery documents (e.g., Delivery Receipts (DR), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheets (SDS)).
- Maintain accurate SCM records and files for easy access and reference.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly departmental performance reports.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Organize safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Supervise the inspection of all incoming supplies, services, and equipment to ensure they meet specifications.
- Ensure that goods, equipment, and services received or delivered are of acceptable quality and comply with standards.
General SCM Functions
Perform daily SCM transactions and routine operations.
- Undertake other administrative or operational tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
