Truck Supply Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate daily truck requirements, ensure timely arrivals, and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Monitor and track daily truck requirements based on volume forecasts, cut-off times, and dispatch schedules.
  • Closely collaborate with accredited trucking partners to secure on-time truck availability and deployment.
  • Maintain accurate records of truck arrivals, no-shows, backfills, and exceptions; escalate issues to the Site Truck Supply Lead as needed.
  • Work closely with warehouse, linehaul, and operations teams to align truck dispatch with loading timelines and route planning.
  • Verify truck documentation (e.g., OR/CR, driver ID, plate number, body number) to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assist in managing the site's truck roster and support updates on truck inventory and partner assignments.
  • Elevate chronic or urgent truck supply issues to the Truck Supply Lead for strategic resolution.
  • Contribute to daily truck performance monitoring and participate in monthly evaluations of trucking partner performance.
  • Support special projects such as truck pooling, reallocation, and seasonal demand planning.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, trucking coordination, or supply chain operations; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, especially when working with external vendors or partners.
  • Proficiency in basic Google Sheets (e.g., tracking tools, basic formulas).
  • Willingness to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends as required.
