Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Admin Associate to support the logistical, administrative, and reporting functions of a growing sports and performance company. This role ensures smooth inventory management, procurement, and delivery coordination while maintaining accurate records and assisting with financial documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination.
  • Handle delivery dispatch and ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Prepare required reports using pivot tables and other visual reports
  • Assist with financial documentation and support bookkeeping (QBO experience a plus).
  • Coordinate financial tasks and records with our compliance officer
  • Track purchase orders and alert management on restocks or material needs.
  • Support event logistics for competitions, pop-ups, and activations.
  • Keep operations systems and records organized and up to date.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Preferably with Management/Accounting background.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, pivot tables, and report generation.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable.
  • Interested in sports, fitness, or the strength community.
  • Comfortable asking questions and improving systems proactively.
  • Open to flexible hours tied to events and operational demands.
  • Can start ASAP
