  • Lead day-to-day construction supervision for residential housing projects inside subdivision developments.
  • Prepare, review, and submit permitting documents (DOR / Development Order / Design of Record) to the subdivision developer and local government unit; follow up until approvals received.
  • Manage contractors/subcontractors (foundation, structural, roofing, MEP, finishes) and ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
  • Oversee material QA/QC, work methods, and on-site safety.
  • Supervise and inspect asphalt roof shingles installation and related roofing works.
  • Coordinate utility connections (electric, water) and required inspections.
  • Maintain and submit daily/weekly progress reports, site diaries, and as-built records.
  • Prepare punch lists, assist with final inspections, and support turnover and issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, subdivision rules/HOA regulations, and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in residential home construction (inside subdivisions preferred).
  • Proven experience with DOR/permit processing and LGU/building permit coordination.
  • Practical knowledge of asphalt roof shingles installation and roofing supervision.
  • Strong site management, communication, and team coordination skills.
  • Able and willing to be on-site regularly; valid ID and clearances as required by subdivision management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
