Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a specialized  area  may be preferred.
  • With a valid Professional Engineer ( PE) license, demonstrating competency and legal authority to  practice  engineering.
  • A minimum of years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 7-8 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in engineering principles, design codes, and standards relevant to civil engineering disciplines ( structural, geotechnical, transportation, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CAD software ( AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other relevant engineering software ( e.g., SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, ANYSY).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, from conception to completion.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership skills in mentoring junior engineers, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction and presenting technical proposals.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and professional codes of conduct set forth by relevant engineering organizations.
