What you'll do (your mission)

IT Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

  • Manage the full procurement cycle for IT hardware, software, cloud, networking, and professional services.
  • Develop category-specific sourcing strategies that deliver savings and reliability.
  • Partner with IT, finance, and legal teams to align sourcing with compliance.
  • Stay ahead of the market to spot innovative, cost-effective IT solutions.

Ad-hoc Procurement Management

  • Oversee purchasing for indirect categories like office equipment, consultancy, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and select suppliers.

Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation

  • Evaluate and manage vendor partnerships.
  • Negotiate agreements that balance cost, service, and quality.
  • Track performance with KPIs and SLAs.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Monitor budgets and deliver accurate spend analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Align procurement with legal, policy, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IT security and legal to safeguard data and reduce risk.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Enhance workflows with ERP/e-procurement tools.
  • Implement scalable, transparent best practices.

You'll thrive in this role if you…

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Bring 5–8 years' procurement experience, with a focus on IT and indirect categories.
  • Understand IT infrastructure, licensing, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Excel in vendor management, contract negotiation, and sourcing strategies.
  • Can build strong partnerships across IT, finance, and legal while balancing multiple priorities.
