About the Role

Stemz Healthcare Philippines Private Inc. is seeking a full-time Sr. Executive – Procurement to join our team in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing all sourcing and procurement activities for our medical centers across the Philippines. You will play a key part in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services, while working closely with local operations and reporting to the Procurement Manager based in India.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Procurement

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure all purchases align with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Source medical supplies, equipment, and services essential for daily operations.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Implement effective inventory control systems to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Collaborate with medical centers to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.

Cost Management

  • Analyze market trends to optimize procurement budgets.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities and procurement process improvements.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure full compliance with local and international procurement regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions and contracts.
  • Provide regular reporting on procurement performance and supplier metrics.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and resolve issues proactively.
  • Oversee supplier performance on quality, delivery, and service levels.

Coordination and Communication

  • Partner with local operations teams to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement support.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Procurement Manager (India) to align strategies and goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on key procurement activities and challenges.
