Join our Accounting Department as a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst and play a key role in supporting data-driven decisions across the organization. You'll help shape the company's financial direction through strategic planning, forecasting, and insightful financial reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with business units.
  • Analyze financial performance and variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare management reports and dashboards that guide leadership decisions.
  • Support profitability, cost-benefit, and scenario analyses for business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Contribute to financial process improvements and automation projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA is an advantage).
  • Experience in audit or assurance is preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
