SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT:

Responsible for managing the project day to day coordination of architectural works. This includes monitoring, identifying, escalating and resolving any potential adjustment/Change of schedule to ensure that the project and procurement schedule and other construction program are within the approved timeline.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT:

Responsible for executing architectural  quality management activities by ensuring adherence to established plans and specifications, review of design & construction documents for compliance with codes, construction standards & owners project requirements. Conducting Architectural related inspection & testing, documentation of findings and issuance of non-compliance/non-conformance, preparation and updating punch list and close out process to ensure maintain adherence to established quality plans throughout its lifecycle.

COST Management:

Documentation, coordination and assistance in validation  cost claims & billing of architectural works  to ensure timely resolution and approval of claims & billing.

Job Types: Permanent, Fixed term, Temporary

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php34, Php38,000.00 per month
