Business Process Analyst

- Partner with business units to gather, document and analyze requirements for systems and process improvements
 - Translate those requirements into detailed, structured functional specs for members of the development teams
 - Map, evaluate, and redesign rules and workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
 - Support testing, validation, and deployment of new features or system changes.
 - Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring accurate understanding and delivery of requirements.
 - Assess and prioritize projects, taking into account impact and manpower necessary to execute
 - Maintain updated documentation of processes, workflows, and systems.
 - Identify opportunities for automation or optimization to support organizational goals
 - Review scope and deliverables with developers
 - Track progress of development tasks and help resolve requirement-related issues quickly
 
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
 - 3+ years experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
 - Strong analytical and documentation skills.
 - Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing technical specs.
 - Familiarity with ERP systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
 - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
