About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' in Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time permanent role where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through a blend of voice and non-voice interactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats and other communication channels to address customer inquiries and concerns
  2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
  6. Participating in training and development activities to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  5. A positive, friendly and professional attitude
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
