What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Technical Lead to spearhead the development of an AI/ML-based web application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software development and architecture, with the ability to lead a cross-functional team in delivering scalable and secure solutions. This role is perfect for someone who is both technically hands-on and strategically minded, with a passion for innovation and mentorship.

A technology-driven organization specializing in AI, machine learning, and digital transformation solutions. With a growing global footprint and an expanding team in the Philippines, the company develops intelligent software products designed to improve efficiency, security, and data-driven decision-making for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and secure AI/ML-based web applications.
  
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
  
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code, efficient sprint delivery, and adherence to best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
  
• Conduct technical planning, estimation, and progress tracking for multiple projects.
  
• Provide technical leadership in architecture reviews, code reviews, and integration strategies.
  
• Manage risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO) in accordance with company practices.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into product development.
  
• Contribute to clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and internal teams.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
  
• Proficiency in React, React Native, , and Python.
  
• Strong knowledge of data management, including MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  
• Experience with AWS cloud architecture, particularly in serverless and event-driven environments.
  
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise software design patterns.
  
• Familiarity with AI/ML principles, API development, and security frameworks (e.g., user authentication, access control, encryption).
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to fast-paced, collaborative environments.
