We're hiring a
Senior Technical Lead – Salesforce
to lead development and support activities across multiple Salesforce applications and systems.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor the technical team in delivering Salesforce development and support services.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Build and enhance Salesforce solutions (custom objects, workflows, validation rules).
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.


What We're Looking For:

  • 6–8 years
    of experience in Salesforce application development and administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Salesforce products
    (Sales, Service, Education, Public Sector, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, ).
  • Strong skills in
    Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL
    , and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, XML).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and mentoring technical teams.
  • Salesforce certifications such as
    Platform Developer I, Administrator
    , or
    Advanced Administrator
    preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Location and Setup: Makati, Hybrid (3x/week RTO)
