Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Sales Staff to join our retail team. The role involves sales assistance, product handling, basic installation support, and coordination with other branches. Applicants must be comfortable working at heights and knowledgeable in basic electrical or installation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, and purchases
  • Provide product demonstrations for lighting fixtures and décor items
  • Perform basic installation assistance and apply basic electrical knowledge when needed
  • Conduct inventory checking, stock monitoring, and replenishment
  • Coordinate with other branches regarding stock availability
  • Operate POS system and handle payment transactions
  • Manage customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, chat)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom
  • Assist in display setup and restocking
  • Work on ladders or elevated platforms (must not be afraid of heights)

Qualifications:

  • Physically fit (preferred)
  • With experience in installation or basic electrical work (preferred depending on your choice)
  • At least 1 year experience in retail, sales, or related work (advantage)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Physically fit; comfortable working at heights
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Honest, responsible, and reliable
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays as required
