QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate of any 4 year course
  • Minimum of 1 year Field Sales Supervisor experience
  • Preferably has a background in FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coaching sales teams
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in sales data analysis, reporting, and computer literate
  • Knows how to drive with a valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel outside of Cagayan de Oro for field works
