Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The role focuses on managing and motivating the area's sales team, driving insurance product sales, and building strong client relationships. This is a hands-on leadership position with full responsibility for achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the area sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the market.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching to sales agents.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance sales
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
