Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Major Accounts Specialist to join our General Trade team. This role is responsible for managing and growing key general trade accounts in Naga, Camarines Sur and nearby areas.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with general trade key accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve volume, distribution, and visibility targets through effective sales execution.
  • Plan and implement account-specific strategies, promotions, and trade activities.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, stock levels, and order placements.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company credit terms.
  • Conduct regular field visits to validate merchandising, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Operations, Logistics, and Finance to support account needs.
  • Prepare reports, market insights, and sales forecasts as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in General Trade Sales or Key Account Management.
  • Familiarity with the Naga, Camarines Sur GT landscape is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Must be willing to travel within assigned areas and work on-ground with GT partners.
