We are seeking a part-time Full-Stack Developer and Program Integrator with deep expertise in webhooks and API-driven interconnections. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain reliable integrations across CRMs and operational systems—particularly CareCloud and GoHighLevel—to streamline data flows, automate workflows, and enable scalable business operations. This is a part-time position offers a clear pathway to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and backend services that support integrations and automations

• Design, implement, and manage webhook- and API-based integrations between CareCloud, GoHighLevel, and internal/external systems

• Build reliable data synchronization pipelines with robust error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring/alerting

• Implement secure authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, API keys) and enforce data privacy and security best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows, document integration specifications, and deliver iterative improvements

• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, write tests, and produce clear technical documentation

Requirements:

• Proven full-stack development experience (e.g., or Python for backend; React, Vue, or for frontend) for US-based clients/businesses.

• Hands-on integration experience with CareCloud and GoHighLevel, including webhooks, APIs, and data mapping

• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, webhook patterns, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and event-driven architectures

• Experience leveraging OpenAI APIs to build automations, assistants, or AI-enhanced workflows

• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Excellent debugging, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills; comfortable working part-time with potential to scale to full-time
