Nimbus+ is a growing software company developing next-generation digital tools that streamline project management and collaboration within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

As we prepare to launch our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and scale our platform, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to complete our MVP and transition into a technical leadership role as our development team expands.

ResponsibilitiesMVP Completion (Immediate Focus)

• Finalize development and polish the MVP across frontend and backend systems
• Debug, test, and optimize existing code to ensure production readiness
• Implement remaining key features and third-party integrations
• Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance prior to launch
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security

Technical Leadership (Post-MVP)

• Lead and mentor a growing team of developers
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions for future product iterations
• Establish and maintain coding standards, workflows, and code review processes
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to define technical roadmaps
• Guide technology choices and oversee architectural decisions
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and overall team velocity

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development
• Proven track record of completing and deploying production applications or MVPs
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, , and
• Experience with PostgreSQL and modern ORMs (Drizzle ORM preferred)
• Understanding of authentication and authorization patterns (JWT, OAuth, Cognito)
• Experience working with AWS services (S3, Cognito preferred)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading or mentoring software development teams
• Familiarity with SaaS or multi-tenant architecture
• Hands-on experience with Drizzle ORM, shadcn/ui
• Integration experience with OpenAI APIs
• Knowledge of the AEC industry or project management tools
