Job Description

1) Handle and maintain select Balance Sheet and Income Statement Accounts

2) Prepare monthly journal entries for assigned accounts (PPE, Right-of-Use Asset, Prepaid Taxes)

3) Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

4) Monitor interests and loans payables

5) Setup monthly accruals

6) Monitor Company's Fixed Assets (PPE)

7) Prepare monthly fluctuation analysis

8) Draft tax returns and make sure invoices are properly provided

9) Monitoring of Deferred Input VAT

10) Commissions Account monitoring (Deferred and Expense)

11) Monitoring of DTA and DTL

12) Cash flow preparation

13) Spearhead the follow ups with the supplier for pending invoices and receipts

14) Assist in local government business tax payments

15) Reconcile GL accounts with adjustments

16) Assist in year-end Audit activities

17) Suggest process flow improvements

18) Do any other relevant accounting tasks that may arise from time to time

Qualifications -

Must have atleast 3 years working experience in the Accounting Field -

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy -

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel -

Good communicator - Preferably a CPA, but not required -

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
