About the role

MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Finance Account Associate to join our team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to work in either day or night shifts. As a Finance Account Associate, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests related to financial accounts and services
  • Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient customer service
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to the role
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience
