- Schedule daily and weekly mixing activities based on production plans alongside with the preparation and issuance of batch sheets, mixing instructions, and work orders.
- Monitor progress of mixing operations, adjust schedules as needed and communicate with supervisors and operators to resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of batch logs, formulations, and production reports.
- Ensure correct recording of raw material usage and finished batch yields.
- File and update SBO systems with production data, safety data sheets (SDS), production specs, and quality documents.
- Report discrepancies between actual and expected material usage.
- Ensure batch sheets align with approved formulations and quality standards similarly report any issues to QC and production teams.
- Assist in capturing data for audits, quality investigations, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all mixing documentation complies with regulatory, safety, and company standards to support safety protocols by maintaining up-to-date procedures and compliance checklists.
- Participate in safety meetings and assist in incident reporting.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Coordinate training records for mixer operators.
