Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin Staff to support our Sales Team in handling administrative tasks, documentation, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth sales operations and provide excellent support to both clients and sales agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and monitor sales documents (contracts, reservation forms, client records, etc.)
- Assist the Sales Team in processing sales transactions and client requirements
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, payments, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, bookings, and inventory
- Liaise with internal departments such as Accounting, Marketing, and Legal
- Handle inquiries from clients and sales agents professionally
- Perform other administrative tasks related to sales operations
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related course
- With at least 1 year of experience in sales administration, real estate, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Experience in real estate documentation is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned at Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna 4027
